OUR VISION

March 2020, full pandemic. pandemic. A group of students from Pisa, Via Vespucci 18, decided to take the field to help Italian restaurateurs.

We started dreaming of creating an artificial brain that could help restaurants predict the future. From there we haven't stopped, as our motto says:

"not he who begins, but he who perseveres."

We dream of a world in which, thanks to the technology, you will be able to manage businesses in a sustainable and profitable way, just with a click.

We aim to create the artificial brain of the restaurant market.

Olivia was born with this idea: to deliver a simple, new, immediate tool to the restaurateur, to help them make predictions, in an increasingly uncertain global and local scenario.

Olivia is able to recommend strategies, based on these predictions. After hundreds of surveys and dozens upon dozens of interviews with restaurants, consultants, and aggregators, we discovered that forecasting represents the future of the restaurant industry.
